1. About TarotShri
TarotShri provides tarot reading, astrology, spiritual guidance, and related consultation services through scheduled 1-on-1 sessions.
Our services are intended to provide personal reflection, spiritual guidance, entertainment, and perspective.
Tarot and astrology readings are not guaranteed predictions of future events.
2. Nature of the Service
Tarot and astrology readings are interpretive and subjective services.
A reading may provide perspectives, possibilities, patterns, or guidance based on the information and questions provided by you.
TarotShri does not guarantee:
- A particular future outcome
- Specific relationship or marriage outcomes
- Career or business success
- Financial gains or profits
- Employment or promotion
- Reconciliation with another person
- A specific event occurring
- Any particular result from following the guidance provided during a session
Any statements regarding future possibilities should be understood as guidance or interpretation, not certainty.
3. 1-on-1 Sessions
All personal readings are conducted as 1-on-1 sessions unless a particular service is expressly described otherwise.
A session may be conducted through:

- Audio call
- Telephone call
- Chat
- Another communication method specified at booking
The session duration will be the duration stated on the applicable service or booking page.
Once the allotted session time has ended, the session will normally conclude.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and TarotShri has provided a booking confirmation or appointment details.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment until confirmation is provided.
5. Payment
All applicable fees must be paid through the payment method made available by TarotShri.
The price displayed at the time of booking will apply to the selected service unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
TarotShri is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information supplied by the customer.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the selected service.
For astrology readings, this may include:
- Date of birth
- Time of birth
- Place of birth
- Name
- Specific questions or areas of concern
TarotShri is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
7. Accuracy of Birth Information
Astrology interpretations may depend on the accuracy of the information supplied by the customer.
If incorrect birth details are provided, the resulting interpretation may be affected.
TarotShri cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading based on incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
8. Customer Satisfaction
TarotShri is committed to providing a respectful, attentive, and professional 1-on-1 experience.
However, customer satisfaction does not mean a guaranteed prediction, guaranteed result, or guaranteed life outcome.
A satisfactory service means that TarotShri provides the purchased session in accordance with its stated description and reasonable service standards.
TarotShri cannot guarantee that every customer will agree with or feel satisfied with every interpretation.
9. Relationships and Third Parties
TarotShri may discuss relationship dynamics, compatibility, or another person’s possible feelings or intentions during a reading.
Such interpretations are not verified facts and should not be treated as confirmation of another person’s private thoughts, intentions, actions, or future behaviour.
Customers should not use a reading as a substitute for direct communication or informed decision-making.
10. Financial and Career Decisions
TarotShri does not guarantee financial profit, investment returns, employment, promotion, business success, or other financial or career outcomes.
Customers should independently evaluate important financial, business, or career decisions and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
11. Health and Wellbeing
TarotShri does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
A tarot or astrology reading must not be used instead of consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
Customers should never delay professional medical care based on a TarotShri reading.
12. Legal Matters
TarotShri readings do not constitute legal advice.
Customers should consult a qualified legal professional for legal questions or disputes.
13. Confidentiality
TarotShri will make reasonable efforts to keep information shared during a private session confidential, except where disclosure is:

- Necessary to prevent serious harm or unlawful activity
- Authorized by the customer
- Reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service
14. Recording of Sessions
Sessions must not be recorded, photographed, screen-recorded, distributed, or publicly shared by either party without appropriate permission.
If TarotShri intends to record a session for training, quality, promotional, or other purposes, appropriate notice and consent should be obtained before recording.
15. Intellectual Property
All TarotShri branding, logos, website content, graphics, written material, videos, photographs, designs, and other intellectual property belong to TarotShri or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit TarotShri’s content without prior written permission.
16. Prohibited Behaviour
Customers must not:
- Harass or threaten TarotShri or its representatives
- Use abusive, discriminatory, hateful, or offensive language
- Attempt to intimidate or manipulate the reader
- Share private session material publicly without permission
- Attempt to obtain services through fraudulent payment methods
- Engage in unlawful activity through the service
- Repeatedly disrupt or misuse the session
TarotShri may terminate or refuse a session where serious misconduct occurs.
Where a session is terminated because of customer misconduct, a refund will ordinarily not be provided, subject to applicable law.
17. Minors
Customers under the age of 18 should not book a paid 1-on-1 session without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
TarotShri may request age confirmation where reasonably necessary.
18. Website Content
TarotShri makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, descriptions, availability, prices, schedules, and other website information may occasionally change.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
21. Service Interruptions

However, TarotShri will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

- Government restrictions
- Other force majeure events
Where reasonably possible, an affected session will be rescheduled.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TarotShri is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or consequences resulting from a customer’s voluntary interpretation or use of information provided during a reading.
The customer remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Changes to Services and Terms
TarotShri may modify its services, pricing, booking process, policies, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the website.
Changes will not automatically alter terms that have already been agreed for a completed transaction where applicable law provides otherwise.
24. Complaints and Customer Support
If you have a concern regarding a session or service, please contact TarotShri using the official contact details published on the website.
Please provide:
- Booking/order reference
- Date of session
- Service purchased
- Description of the issue
- Relevant supporting information
TarotShri will make reasonable efforts to review genuine complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction available to a consumer under applicable law, disputes shall be addressed through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution mechanism.
